As much as I have mass amounts of empathy for anyone suffering sometimes being shown your current reality is exactly what you need.
When the pain of staying the same outweighs the pain of change that’s where transforms lies.
So let’s talk battling and overcoming your biggest roadblock… You.
It’s never easy to get better, it’s tough. Our natural inclination is toward addiction and toward things that are easy.
It’s easy to sit in front of the tv eat shit and drink to take away the pain.
It’s easy to go through the drive through and buy a buy a Big Mac right? Of course it is.
But what are you willing to do that’s a little uncomfortable? That might just change your circumstances, for the better, what if you no longer accepted destructive behaviour and how your currently living?
Being overweight, unhealthy and out of shape is a choice.
It’s incredible what can happen when you stop driving with the handbrake on, now I know for a lot of people they put it down to fear.
Fear of failure, fear of being judged,fear of being laughed.
You need to first stop making fear a priority if that’s how your thinking.
Let’s be brutally honest danger is unavoidable, and right now if you fit the description sitting waiting on diabetes or a heart attack is a lot worse than making some changes.
Many a false steps have been made by standing still, if this in any way resented with you or someone you know I’d love to help.
Action may not always bring happiness, but there is no happiness without action.
